Our team of designers, programmers and engineers are highly skilled with up to 12 years of industry experience in both the commercial and residential markets. We have undertaken installations for high profile companies in various industry sectors and environments from offices and boardrooms, to schools, colleges, sports stadiums and hotels. We have also worked with some of the most highly respected developers and builders in the industry helping create many different luxurious and stylish residential properties.
In 2007 we won the ‘Best International Project’ category at the annual CEDIA Awards for our work on Villa Oasis, a luxuriously appointed pied à terre in St Tropez on the Côte d’Azur, France. The prestigious CEDIA Awards recognise and reward high quality system design, installation and integration within the home automation industry. The judges viewed Villa Oasis with its home theatre, multi room audio, automated lighting, CCTV and video entry systems as a showcase of Smartcomm’s technical expertise and branded us a worthy winner.
The success of Villa Oasis did not end there for us as it won the ‘Most InAVative Residential Large Project’ category at the EMEA InAVation Awards held in January 2008 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Entries were judged on system design, functionality and ease of use by a panel of impartial industry experts. Over 90 entries were submitted from across Europe, Middle East and Africa and Smartcomm were one of only six category winners thus making it another exceptional achievement for the company.
