Smartcomm Wins RSA Nationwide Service Support Contract

Smartcomm has won RSA’s nationwide service support contract against stiff tender competition. RSA is the UK’s largest commercial insurer and third largest personal lines insurer and has been operating in the UK since 1710.

As RSA’s Audio Visual Partner, Smartcomm has committed to provide support of 17 sites across the UK, such as London, Glasgow and Belfast, covering all AMX and Crestron controlled audio-visual equipment. The contract involves proactive service and maintenance, accurate call-logging and reporting on a monthly basis as well as consultancy services for optimising current systems and future upgrades.
