Project Management

We always involve a Project Manager in the consultation and design process, so that, once the system design and specification is agreed, they're primed to co-ordinate the installation right from the first stage, all the way through to the last.

It’s their role to plan and direct the projects flows from start to finish; monitor and control time, cost and procurement; provide guidance to the project team and subcontractors; initiate customer contact at the start of the project; conduct site reviews; consult with sales representatives and prepare documentation.

By liaising with architects, designers, contractors and builders, our Project Managers ensure that everyone adheres to the agreed schedules and all work complies with relevant health and safety standards, CDM regulations and any other governing legislation.

With a Smartcomm Project Manager in charge, you can be reassured that the entire project is in experts hands and your system will be installed on time and within budget to the highest quality standards that you would naturally expect.
