Project Management
We always involve a project manager in the consulatation and design process, so that, once the system design and specification is agreed, they're primed to co-ordinatoe the insatllation, including off-site activities such as cable specifications and hub configuration.
It's their role to manage the entire process, by liaising with contractors to ensure that everyone adheres to the agreed schedules and all work comples with relevant health and safety standards.
